For kitchen and bath remodelers
Marketing for remodelers that results in qualified appointments.
Marketing for remodelers only works when it's measured in appointments, not leads. We run the ads, qualify every homeowner for project, budget, timeline and address, and book them onto your calendar, confirmed. You show up and close. One kitchen and bath remodeler per market, anywhere in the United States.

What qualified actually means
Six things are true before a homeowner reaches your calendar.
A lead is a phone number. An appointment is a homeowner with a project, a budget and a time, who confirmed. The first one costs you an evening on the couch. The second one costs you a drive.

A real project
Kitchen, bath, ADU, addition or full remodel, named by the homeowner before anyone calls.
Budget checked against your minimum
They answer the budget question up front. Below your floor, they never reach your calendar.
A timeline
Ready to start, not daydreaming. The ones who aren't ready yet go into follow-up, not onto your schedule.
The homeowner, at the address
Owner, not renter. The address is on the booking so you know the drive before you say yes.
Confirmed twice
A text the day before and two hours before. That's where the 100% show-up comes from.
Yours alone
Never shared, never resold. One contractor per market, and your competitor can't hire us.
In their words
What clients say about the appointments.
“He understands remodeling, knows how to attract the right homeowners, and focuses on actually getting qualified appointments on the calendar rather than just sending us a bunch of leads.”
“I've been closing most of the leads. It's just really good quality leads, and I'm happy to continue working with them.”
How to choose
Five places a remodeler can buy marketing.
Here's what you're really buying from each.
The name on the invoice tells you who does the work and who carries the risk. Read these before you sign with anyone, including us. The long version, with the math on each model, is pay per lead vs pay per appointment vs retainer vs revenue share.
Lead aggregators (Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack)
You're buying names and phone numbers, and the same name is sold to three, four or five other contractors the same minute. Whoever calls first wins, nobody qualifies or confirms anything, and the platform owns every bit of it.
You pay for a shared name and number. Then you race four other guys for it.
Pay-per-lead agency
You're buying names and numbers with a markup on them, and you still have to call every one and run the whole back end yourself. That back end, turning a lead into a qualified homeowner on your calendar, is the hardest part and the part that actually makes you money.
You pay for names and numbers. The real work starts after you pay.
Pay-per-appointment agency
You pay when a homeowner is booked instead of when a form is filled, so the agency is accountable for the thing closest to the sale. Read the fine print on what counts as an appointment, who qualifies them, and who owns the ad account when you leave.
You pay for meetings. Ask who qualifies them and who owns the account.
Retainer agency
A flat monthly fee, paid before any result exists, so the agency is safe whether you close six jobs or none. Worth it when they have the team and the case studies to back it, and the wrong order for a first month with anyone.
You pay for their time. Results are your risk, not theirs.
Smarter Contractor
We offer pay per appointment, a retainer, and a share of the jobs we bring in, and most of our clients end up on a retainer plus a performance share, or on a performance share alone at a higher percentage. Which one depends on the industry and the relationship; we stay flexible for the right people. You own the ad account, the funnel and the list from day one.
Three ways to pay, matched to you. Honest and straightforward is the only rule.

Not sure which way of paying fits you?
Answer five questions and I'll tell you straight, including if we're not the right fit.
What you get
Remodeling contractor marketing, the whole system, run for you.
Ads are groceries. Everyone shops at the same Meta supermarket, including the guy down the street. The meal is what happens after the click, and that's what we cook. Marketing for remodeling contractors, run end to end. Not a lead list, and not software you have to learn. Ads, the funnel, the AI assistant, the follow-up and the booking, built and run by people who only work in kitchen and bath.
How the ads find the right homeowners
We target your service area and high-income homeowners who are actually looking for quotes or ready to start a remodel. Three angles, your brand, their problem, your best work, tested until your market responds. Every remodeling ad on Facebook is the same ad. Ours aren't.
The ads run on your own account, so the pixel you train is yours. Think of the pixel as a dog you reward: Meta only gets the treat when a qualified homeowner books, so it learns to fetch the right ones. Reward it for every form fill and it never learns to play fetch.
How every lead gets a reply in 30 seconds and a time on your calendar
We handle the whole thing from the moment the form is filled: the reply within 30 seconds, day, night and weekend, the questions that qualify the homeowner, and the booking on your calendar with every detail attached. You hear about the lead when it's already an appointment.
Underneath the team sits Natasha, our AI assistant. She watches every conversation in your pipeline, so a lead that goes quiet at 9pm on a Sunday still gets picked back up instead of forgotten. She is the safety net under people, not a replacement for them.
Why nobody no-shows
Every appointment is confirmed by text the day before and again two hours before. We never book someone who isn't going to show. Cancellations happen, people have schedules that move, and we rebook them. That's why our clients’ show-up rate is 100%.
What happens to the ones who aren't ready
About 3 in 100 homeowners who fill out a form are ready to book today. Most agencies chase those three and let the other 97 rot. We text all 100. Most homeowners don't book the first day, and most contractors never follow up. We stay on every lead until they give you a yes or a no, with follow-ups written from their own answers, not a canned sequence, and Natasha makes sure none of them fall through the cracks. After the job, the system asks for the review that builds your name.
What you see every week
A dashboard with every appointment, where it came from, what it cost, and what it closed. We report appointments and jobs, not clicks. And you get one person who knows your account, not a ticket queue.
Three ways to pay us
| Model | You pay for | When it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Pay per booked appointment | a qualified, confirmed appointment on your calendar; nothing if any of that's missing or the homeowner doesn't show | to start, so you see the appointments before you pay for anything |
| Monthly retainer | the team that runs the ads, the funnel, the follow-up and the reporting | once the calendar is full and you want the team on a flat fee |
| Share of the jobs we bring in | a share of the jobs our appointments turn into, with a retainer or on its own at a higher percentage | once the relationship is proven; it depends on the industry and the fit |
Ad spend is separate on all three and runs on your own account. No setup fees.

King Remodeling · San Diego, CA
From about $80K a month to a $1.2M month in eight months.
A good contractor spread across Thumbtack, Yelp and Google with months they could not predict. We plugged in the system. $432,000 closed in the first three months, four sales reps hired, a design center opened, and well over $7 million through the system in 2026.
Read the case study →The showroom lane
Homeowners booked into the showroom instead of in-home estimates.
On one client’s design center, material sales went from about $10,000 a month to about $119,000 a month in nine months, from homeowners we book into the showroom. If you've a showroom, it's the advantage almost nobody advertises.

Straight answers
The questions you would ask on the call.
What counts as a qualified appointment?
A homeowner, at their address, with a named project, a budget above your minimum and a timeline, who picked a time on your calendar and confirmed it twice. If any of that's missing, it's not an appointment and you're not charged for it.
What does marketing for remodelers cost with you?
Three models, picked on the call: pay per booked appointment, a monthly retainer, or a share of the jobs we bring in. Ad spend is separate and runs on your own account. There are no setup fees, and you can test the system before you pay for anything.
What happens if a homeowner doesn't show up?
You're not charged. Cancellations happen because people have schedules, and a cancelled appointment gets rebooked by us. A true no-show, someone who confirmed twice and still didn't open the door, is rare enough that our clients' show-up rate is 100%.
Are the leads exclusive, or do you sell them to other contractors?
Exclusive. We work with one remodeler per market and never share a homeowner. Once we work with you, your market is closed to everyone else.
Who owns the ad account and the data?
You do. The ads run on your own Meta and Google accounts, the homeowner list is yours, and the pixel you train stays with you. If we ever part ways, nothing leaves with us.
How fast do the first appointments come in?
The system is live within days and most clients get their first appointments in the first week. Month one is uneven, month two gets consistent, month three is where it takes off, so plan on three months of ads before judging it.
How many appointments a month should I expect?
It depends on your market and your ad budget. A scaled account runs 60 to 80 a month. A new account usually starts between 10 and 20 and grows from there as the pixel learns which homeowners book.
Can I pause, or am I locked into a contract?
No long contract. We earn the relationship month after month with a full calendar. You can pause ads around capacity or a slow season, and you can leave with everything we built.
Do you only do ads, or is this the whole system?
The whole process of home remodeling marketing: ads, creative, the funnel, the reply to every lead, qualifying, booking, confirmations, follow-up, review requests, the CRM and the reporting. You get one person who knows your account, not a ticket queue.
Can I talk to a contractor you work with?
Yes. Our case studies carry named clients with numbers from their own reports and video from their teams. Ask on the call and we'll connect you with one in a business like yours.

Your market, yours alone.
Answer a few quick questions and I'll show you what a full calendar of qualified homeowners looks like for your business. No setup fees, and you test the system before you pay for anything.
