Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of smartercontractor.ai (the “site”), operated by Smarter Than Yesterday LLC, doing business as Smarter Contractor. By using the site you agree to them. If we work together as a client, that relationship is governed by the agreement we both sign, and that agreement wins over anything here.

The site and the strategy call

The site describes our service and lets you apply for a free strategy call. Applying does not create a client relationship, and we may decline an application for any reason, including that we already work with a contractor in your market. The call is a conversation, not a guarantee of results.

Results

Numbers on the site (for example the growth of a named client) are real and specific to that business. They are not a promise of what your business will get. Results depend on your market, your ad budget, your sales process and your team.

Your information

You agree that what you enter on the site is accurate and that you are authorized to give it (for example that the phone number is yours). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to submit false applications, to scrape it, to interfere with it, or for anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, design, videos and images on the site belong to us or are used with permission. Client names and logos belong to those clients. You may share links to the site; you may not copy its content for your own site or marketing.

Third-party tools

The site embeds tools from other companies (video playback, scheduling, analytics). Their terms apply to their tools. We are not responsible for sites we link to.

No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Smarter Than Yesterday LLC is organized. Questions: the contact page.
